The Medware Group is four operating companies and roughly nineteen products — built to compress repetitive medical work to minutes, so doctors can practise medicine, patients can manage their care, and pharmaceutical teams can do the field work that justifies their cost.
Every Medware product starts inside Medware Solutions — the parent consultancy where ideas are tested against real clinical workflows, paying customers, and a fixed-cost base. Most stay there as productised service offerings. The ones that prove they can stand alone are spun out into their own operating company under their own brand.
Medware Solutions is the holding entity and the workshop. It runs the AI-augmented build process, holds the doctor data assets, ships the AI training engagements, and incubates every new idea before it gets a brand of its own.
Three products have already graduated. Medflow became the company for PBS authority automation and clinic workflow. Medcast Media became the company for AI-curated medical audio. Medprep became the company for patient-facing colonoscopy preparation.
The rest — Practice Referral, Earpiece, Relay, MedwareAI, Constellation, CellMap, the Doctor Database, AI Training — sit under the Solutions umbrella today. Any of them could graduate next.
